Job summary

Boysen USA Alabama is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to rework and repair parts per customer and internal specs. You will record quality data, follow standard work, and adhere to safety practices to keep production efficient and safe.

Ideal candidates have welding experience (TIG/MIG/MAG), a high school diploma, and welding certification is a plus. The role requires standing for long hours and weekend work with rotating shifts in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Requires welding experience (TIG/MIG/MAG) and ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Must demonstrate safety awareness and adherence to PPE and procedures.
• Strong teamwork and initiative to maintain productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Rework and repair parts according to customer and internal requirements.
• Record quality information at the workstation.
• Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure efficient production.
• Adhere to policies, daily housekeeping, health and safety commitments, and 100% first-time quality.
• Notify supervisor of issues and assist with problem resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
