• Administer weld qualification tests per AWS D1.1.
• Support production on welding issues and maintain weld certification trackers.
• Calibrate welding equipment and flux oven using standard meters.
• Review welding requirements to ensure NTS compliance with customer specs.
• Conduct monthly plant audits for welding processes and maintain continuity logs.
