Baltimorefab is seeking a skilled welder to fabricate steel staircases, railings, gates, and structural components. The role requires reading welding drawings and performing joint prep according to welding specifications, using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW processes, and related equipment.

Ideal candidates will hold a High school diploma, 4G certification, and be able to lift 50+ lbs while maintaining quality and safety standards in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret weld symbols.
• Ability to prep joints per specifications.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Experience with welding stainless steel and aluminum a plus.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and test welds and equipment for durability and standards.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Set up welding machines to correct settings.
• Weld stainless steel and aluminum handrails, guardrails, and structural members.
• Adhere to safety protocols and conduct standards.
