ACS Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an experienced Welder I-III to join our shop environment. The role involves learning and interpreting blueprints, laying out and welding projects, and collaborating with supervisors for accuracy and QA checks.

Welders will gain exposure to carbon and aluminum welding, MIG processes, and varied orientations. Compliance with safety standards is mandatory, with tasks ranging from setup to finishing and inspection.

• Must be able to analyze blueprints and verify dimensions.
• Welding experience or training required; ability to learn carbon & aluminum welding.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and comply with ACS safety standards.
• Good communication and listening skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Learn how to analyze blueprints, verify dimensions, and build projects without direct supervision.
• Assure the accuracy of finished parts by comparing them to the main samples.
• Request Supervisor/QA verification of all dimensions prior to final welding out.
• Willing to learn to weld Carbon & Aluminum and all types of MIG wire.
• Weld parts in different directions: flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead.
• Set up and shut down welding equipment; arrange parts per blueprint.
