Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a welder to assist in producing welded parts with MIG, hand, and robotic welders while meeting quality standards. You will inspect finished products using basic measurement tools and participate in safety training and maintenance tasks.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, prior welding experience, and the ability to pass a welding certification test, with physical capability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior welding experience is required.
• Must pass a welding certification test.
• Must pass a drug and alcohol screen.
• Must read blueprints and tolerances.
• Must be able to lift 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Weld parts using MIG, hand, and robotic welders to the required quality and production levels.
• Inspect products using basic measurement tools and total quality concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on welding equipment as needed.
• Report daily activities on work orders and related media.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and adhere to safety practices.
• Contribute to safety culture through training and prompt reporting of concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
