Job summary

JOST International is seeking a Robotic Welder to perform MIG welding and support production. This role reports to Welding Supervisor and Welding Lead, with responsibility for producing parts per WI specifications and ensuring quality through first-piece inspection.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and prior MIG welding experience. You will stand for long periods, follow WI, wear OSHA PPE, and maintain a safe, productive welding area in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow work instructions and wear OSHA PPE.

Responsibilities

• Weld parts to schedule and WI specifications.
• Verify first-piece inspection with Quality.
• Hammer-stamp on all products produced.
• Count and label products correctly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping in welding area.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and quality welding standards.
• Remove non-conforming material at end of shift.
