The position requires performing RT & UT quality welds, reading weld maps and drawings, and guiding teammates to meet throughput goals while maintaining compliance with API and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of welding processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, welding specifications and procedures.
• Ability to read welding measuring devices (squares, levels, tapes).

Responsibilities

• Set up/run RT & UT quality welding; 2 (GMAW/FCAW).
• Set up/run RT quality pipe welds (Flat 3G).
• Set up/run UT quality nozzle welds (Flat 3G).
• Set up/run carbon arc gouging; limited.
• Lead others and plan ahead within the team.
