Job summary

DR Power LLP in Eagle, WI is seeking a Welder I for the 2nd shift. Under supervision, you will perform MIG welding, aluminum welding, TIG welding, and robotic welding to fabricate parts for product lines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or certification, a weld test, and basic knowledge of MIG/TIG equipment. You will read drawings, work in a team, and follow safety rules. Shift is 3pm–11pm with a 13% premium and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Certification.
• Welder I: internal written and physical weld test.
• Basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment.
• Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment.
• Understanding of welding fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the company/site safety rules.
• Perform safe and effective operation of all equipment needed to perform job function.
• Flex across different products and areas to support business needs.
• Provide training to new employees or employees learning new work areas to work instructions/standard work.
• Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.
• Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
• Assist with robotic welder.
• Additional duties as assigned.
