Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Welder to perform preventive maintenance, fabrication welding, refurbish containers and compactors, and install decals while ensuring precise repairs and component replacements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Welding and fabrication skills expected; ability to work in a collaborative environment.
18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Performs repairs on containers and compactors of all sizes and types.
Inspects welding and cutting equipment to ensure safe operation.
Maintains inventory records and ensures material availability.
Keeps work area clean and safe per OSHA and company procedures.
Performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on electrical and hydraulic systems.
Assists senior welders on project work.
Participates in training and development to support company goals.
