Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Welding and fabrication skills expected; ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs on containers and compactors of all sizes and types.
• Inspects welding and cutting equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Maintains inventory records and ensures material availability.
• Keeps work area clean and safe per OSHA and company procedures.
• Performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Assists senior welders on project work.
• Participates in training and development to support company goals.
