Titan Formwork Systems in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team. You will contribute to fabrication, assembly and repair of metal components, reading detailed prints and upholding safety standards.

Minimum 1–2 years of aluminum and steel welding experience, plus MIG welding capability. Equipment setup, precision welds, and maintaining a clean work area are essential. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience welding aluminum and steel.
• MIG welding carbon steel and aluminum; spool gun use.

Responsibilities

• Layout components per detailed prints.
• Fit up components within tolerances.
• Set up weld equipment for tasks.
• Weld components using proper equipment and techniques.
• Grind and finish welds for aesthetics.
• Perform daily housekeeping and preventative maintenance.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Other duties as needed.
