DWM Holdings, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Production Team Welder to fit and weld steel and aluminum using MIG and/or TIG processes. You will report to the Plant Manager and contribute to the Production department, handling in-process quality checks and repairs.

Ideal candidates will have Associate degree in Welding Technology, be safety-conscious, and able to pass a company weld test. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and working 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proficient with MIG/MAG welding on steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read blueprints and WPS/PQR documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS D1.1 and D1.2 standards.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a manufacturing setting.
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to pass a weld test.

Responsabilidades

• Fit and weld steel and aluminum components per specs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and 6S practices.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and quick repairs.
• Work on special projects as required and support team.
