Job summary

Superior Products, part of OPW Clean Energy Solutions, seeks an experienced welder to lay out, fit, and weld pipe and structural components used in fabrication of piping systems and cryogenic assemblies.

You will read drawings, select equipment, set up welds, and produce high-quality joints in various positions. A high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience are required; technical schooling is a plus. This on-site role supports a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical school preferred.
• 3+ years related experience or training.
• Able to perform essential welding duties.

Responsibilities

• Lays out, fits, and welds pipe and structural materials for assemblies.
• Selects equipment, plans layout, assembles and welds.
• Reads drawings/blueprints and fabricates from sketches or instructions.
• Welds using arc, GTAW (TIG), submerged arc, or other company processes.
• Be able to qualify for ASME Code welding as required.
