Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize welding materials and tools for daily tasks.
• Assist welders by holding materials in place and ensuring proper alignment during welding operations.
• Maintain and clean welding equipment and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as needed. Perform on-site project welding tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Support welders in basic welding tasks under direct supervision when required.
• Report any equipment or tool malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
