Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Basic understanding of welding processes and terminology.


• Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions carefully.


• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience as a welder assistant or in a construction-related role.


• Minimum one yearwith welding equipment and tools.


• Basic certification in welding safety or OSHA 10-hour construction safety training.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.


• Willingness to pursue further welding training or certifications
