Qualifications

• Prior weld supervisory experience is required.
• Weld engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of weld codes, nondestructive testing, and heat-treating practices is helpful.
• ITAR. Must be authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing welding operations to ensure all procedures and practices meet required code standards.
• Training and developing new welding employees.
• Applying knowledge of weld codes, nondestructive testing, and heat-treating practices to maintain quality across the department.
• Supervising first-shift welding staff to support production goals and on-time delivery.
