Eriez is seeking a Welder at the Wager Road facility to assemble products and sub-assemblies per blueprints, ensuring quality and safe operation of equipment. The role involves welding with Mig, Tig, Stick and Flux-cored Arc Welding, reading blueprints, performing tool setup, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while meeting production goals.

Candidates should be capable of operating overhead cranes, plasma cutter, and basic shop math, with a focus on accuracy and durability of welded

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and measurements.
• Welding certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Basic computer usage and shop math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products or sub-assemblies using Mig, Tig, Stick and Flux-cored Arc Welding.
• Read blueprints and set welding parameters (wire feed, amperage).
• Mount, tack weld, and finish weld parts to meet specs.
• Operate plasma cutter and carbon arc; use overhead cranes as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety procedures.
