The Welding Supervisor is critical to our company's productivity and profitability. A welding supervisors' job is to manage and supervise the entire welding operations. As the Welding Supervisor you are responsible for the quality of work, coordinating welding procedures and personnel, maximize efficiency while maintaining productivity, and ensuring his staff knows and follows all safety protocol.
