Athena Manufacturing, LP in Austin, TX is seeking a CNC Machinist, Lathe-Level I to produce components to specifications using CNC machines including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring and bench work.
You will follow work orders, set up equipment, monitor feeds and speeds, verify tolerances with micrometers or calipers, maintain a safe workspace, and perform other duties as assigned. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement under the 2 Second Lean program.

The CNC Machinist, Lathe-Level I is responsible for producing products and components to specifications using CNC Machines to perform such tasks as (but not limited to) milling, turning, drilling, tapping, de-burring, and all bench operations.
