Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 10 to 12 years industry experience in welding and welding supervision with a minimum 5 years Bechtel experience.

Responsibilities

• May require interface with Site Management and Client / Owner.
• Provide direction to welding teams to support welding initiatives with first-time quality.
• Coordinate with Discipline Superintendents to validate manpower and welder qualifications.
• Review weekly schedules to ensure welder resources with proper qualifications are available.
• Ensure safety training and ZERO Accident Philosophy are promoted.
