Job summary

ST Engineering in the United States is seeking a skilled Welder/Assembler to join our production team. You will assemble and weld components, following written and verbal instructions, and work toward company quality standards. The position starts on 1st shift and will move to 2nd shift around January 2027.

You will set up, fit and weld, follow instructions, report issues, and maintain a clean work area. The role requires basic math, reading engineering drawings, and the use of measuring devices

Qualifications

• Welding skill and good knowledge of hand tools.
• Requires the use of math and various measuring devices in interpreting and following written instructions and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, fit and weld to perform the direct function of the department.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to assemble units meeting company quality standards.
• Detect and report faulty operations, materials and working conditions to supervisor.
• Use safety equipment as instructed. Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain work area, equipment and tools in clean orderly condition.
• Promote 5S concept of order and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties and cross-train as required or assigned.
