Job summary

Standard Bots, America's largest manufacturer of AI-native industrial robots, is seeking a national welding sales leader to own the welding pipeline, forecast across every region, and drive growth for our fastest-growing application. Remote work within the United States is allowed with frequent travel to customer sites and trade shows.

• Willingness to travel ~50% domestically and lead through influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the national welding number and drive growth for our fastest-growing application.
• Build and manage the welding pipeline and forecast across every region.
• Co-sell with Regional Sales Managers and lead welding-specific discovery and ROI conversations.
• Recruit gas and welding distributors and support partner-built laser welding solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• OTE range of $190,000-$225,000 plus employee stock options.
