Job summary

Standard Bots is seeking a Welding Sales Manager to own the national welding number and drive cobot MIG welding adoption across the United States. This remote role requires frequent travel (~50%), with preferred candidates in NYC metro, North Carolina, California, Illinois or Texas.

You will partner with Regional Sales Managers, lead welding opportunities from discovery to close, build the welding pipeline, and represent Standard Bots at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications

• Hands-on welding experience with MIG is required.
• 5+ years in welding sales or welding applications, preferably robotic/automated welding.
• Track record of closing capital equipment deals with manufacturers and fabricators.

Responsibilities

• Own the national welding number and quota for welding systems and revenue across direct and partner sales.
• Co-sell welding opportunities with Regional Sales Managers in every territory from discovery through close.
• Lead proposals, pricing, and negotiations on welding deals and manage the welding pipeline.
