You will program, set up, and operate ABB robotic welding systems, develop efficient welding programs, and collaborate with engineering to optimize projects. Qualifications

• Experience as Robot Welder with hands-on programming capabilities.
• Experience with robotic welding systems is required.
• Strong understanding of welding processes, robotic programming, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate robotic welding machines, specifically ABB Robots.
• Develop and optimize welding programs and parameters to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic welding systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to plan and refine welding projects.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and maintain a clean work environment.
• Hand MIG weld as needed.
