Qualifications

• Experience programming ABB Welding robot programming & troubleshooting in manufacturing environments.
• Troubleshoot robotic welding systems, weld schedules, torch calibration, seam tracking, and provide production support.
• Diagnose and resolve robot, electrical, mechanical, and process-related issues in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize ABB welding robot programs for production.
• Troubleshoot and support welding systems to minimize downtime and improve quality.
• Collaborate with controls and electrical teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
