U-Haul is seeking a Welding Robot Programmer to join our team, building truck and trailer parts for the world’s largest do-it-yourself moving company. You will program, set up, and operate ABB welding robots, develop welding programs, and collaborate with engineering and fabrication to optimize projects.
The role requires reading blueprints, strong problem-solving, and English communication. Travel for machine-specific training may be required, with focus on safety and quality in a dynamic shop

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs., assisted or unassisted.
