Aufgaben

• Maintain quality control procedures for welding processes.
• Collaborate with field QA/QC to ensure documents are accurate, timely and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with 3rd-party contractors to ensure clear operation at client sites.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of welding Quality Control activities and results.
• Ensure compliance with AWS and ISO standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring welding equipment is properly maintained and safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales to improve welding QA/QC processes.
• Assist in development of Quality Control workflow procedures for projects.
• Screen, interview, and assess QC job applicants for competence and qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop tools and documents to improve interdepartmental communication and record keeping.
• This position is primarily QA/QC focused and may assist other teams as needed.
