• Ability to interpret welding procedure variables and perform standard weld monitoring tests.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor welding tests to determine eligibility of potential candidates.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections, guided bend testing.
• Coordinate subcontracted non-destructive testing methods as required.
• Conduct daily weld audits to ensure compliance with TAS Welding Procedure requirements.
• Maintain welder qualification and continuity records; update calibration logs.
• Generate reports detailing findings and maintain welding-related records.
• Promote and enforce safety practices in welding operations.
