Job summary

Lippert Components seeks a production assistant to help ensure the smooth flow of materials and parts through the manufacturing floor. You will monitor inventory, assist in movement of raw and finished parts, and support repair work when needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the ability to lift items over 50 pounds. Prior manufacturing exposure and reading basic blueprints are beneficial. Full-time on-site position with standard shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in flow of production and ensure on-time material movement.
• Maintain inventory at the material area and processing stations.
• Verify parts are within size/dimensions for chassis completion.
• Support in repair work and maintain good housekeeping.
• Move completed parts from installation area to shipping.
• Contribute to meeting production goals and deadlines.
