Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a production team member to support manufacturing operations. You will read work orders, operate fabrication equipment, and help meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.

The role requires teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to lift heavy items in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma and manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve company goals.
• Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Must meet production goals and deadlines for projects.
• Must read and process work orders, prints, and measurements.
• Must be able to rotate to other production positions as needed.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving items over 50 pounds.
• Must adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Must possess problem-solving skills and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support production goals and meet deadlines within assigned shifts.
• Read and interpret work orders, frame prints, and measurements accurately.
• Operate and handle fabrication equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality output.
• Maintain safety practices and report issues promptly.
