Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a production supervisor to oversee welding and fabrication activities on the shop floor, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. You will coordinate with Team Leaders, monitor KPI data, and implement process improvements while aligning with company policies and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, experience supervising manufacturing teams, and the ability to communicate effectively with HR and engineering for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production workers in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong focus on quality control and process discipline.
• Familiar with safety programs, standards, and incident prevention.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all production activities in accordance with policies and standards for safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Study production schedules, estimate worker hours, and adjust staffing to meet deadlines.
• Communicate policies and provide feedback to HR on issues or concerns.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules and improve efficiency.
• Inspect products, interpret specifications and blueprints, and coordinate with engineers on changes.
