• Experience evaluating workloads and directing welding teams.

• Communicate work statuses with supervisor and respond to priority requests.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and distribute welding workloads to Welding Line Leads.
• Coordinate HR training and onboarding for new welding employees.
• Ensure teams produce products meeting quality specs.
• Comply with safety protocols for welding environments.
• Respond to requests and report work status to supervisor.
• Work safely using protective equipment and follow CI/5S practices.
• Promote continuous improvement and team cohesion.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Receive training and certification for area assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
