Qualifications

• Ability to create and adhere to effective schedules.

• Ability to stand for long periods on solid surfaces.
• Firm understanding of safety regulation including OSHA.
• Ability to read Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Ability to complete reports accurately.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the welding processes and procedures in factory production operations.
• Evaluating each production process to maintain optimum efficiency.
• Enforce all safety policies on wearing safety glasses and steel-toed boots on the production floor.
• Creating and overseeing employee training to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure profitability.
• Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed.
• All other duties as assigned.
