Qualifications

• BS in Engineering is required for this role.
• Prefer welding engineering background or equivalent.
• Mechanical engineer with welding system experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production projects and supports launches with engineering.
• Evaluate manufacturability, cost, and iterate designs for optimization.
• Design, procure, and implement fabrication, welding, and assembly systems with documentation.
• Perform cost analysis and capacity evaluation for manufacturing.
• Manage welding process control activities for robotic GMAW systems.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards for new and existing products.
