Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a welding technician to produce welded parts, ensuring quality and safety. You will perform MIG, hand and robotic welding, inspect products and document activities on work orders, while maintaining clean, safe work areas and participating in safety training.

Required is a High School Diploma or GED with welding experience; ability to pass a welding certification test and a drug screen; reading blueprints and tolerances; and lifting up to 65 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; welding experience preferred.
• Must pass welding certification test and drug screen.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.
• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, hand and robotic welding to required quality levels.
• Inspect product using basic measurement tools and QA concepts.
• Report daily activities on work orders and other media.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules.
• Participate in safety training and promote safety culture.
