Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Weld Leads and welding teams on production lines.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure safety procedures and weld procedures are followed; train and develop staff.
