Job summary

TBAGC in Jackson, TN leads a welding division and seeks a Group Leader to direct Team Leaders and shop floor staff in achieving safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.

You will apply Toyota Production System principles, develop standardized work, monitor KPI boards, and drive continuous improvement across the cell and production area, coordinating staffing and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience; at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Automotive interiors experience and TPS/PEFF familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line supervisor over Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Plan and coordinate staffing; monitor work hours, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Ensure compliance with all company rules and policies; take corrective action as needed.
