Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a maintenance technician for the Holland, MI plant. This role focuses on inspecting, installing and repairing production machinery and tools during the 3rd shift (10:30PM-6:30AM, Sunday-Thursday).

You will document downtime in Plex and support continuous improvement to boost efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in machine repair, with basic welding equipment knowledge and familiarity with robotics controls.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Machine Repair experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to safely perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and install production machinery and tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document downtime in Plex.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment and robotic systems at a basic level.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
