Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group in Ocala, FL is seeking a Welding Machine Operator on 2nd Shift to join our metal fabrication team. You will operate welding equipment to join metal spans, follow blueprints and specifications, and help set up related machines.

This role requires accurate work and adherence to safety standards. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule with possible OT on Saturdays, pay $21.00 per hour plus a $1 shift differential, and competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operates welding machine in order to join metal spans in metal fabrication process
• May set up and operate machines such as drill presses, punch presses, saws, shears, bending rolls, brakes, grinders, and numerical control equipment to shape and alter metal according to specifications.
• Follows blueprints, customer specifications, rough sketches, or engineer drawings to shape mend, weld metal accurately.
• Uses hand and power tools to shape, cut, and smooth metal and to blend seams.
• May set up and operate soldering and welding equipment.

We are seeking a Welding Machine Operator on 2nd Shift to join our team at the Ocala FL plant!

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday * Possible OT Saturdays*

Shift:

2nd- 3:30pm-12:00am

Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential

Job Summary

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred must be trained and certified on the hilo.
• (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
