Job summary

Ideal Tridon is seeking a Stacking and Banding Operator for the 2nd shift in Ocala, FL. The role involves bagging/boxing, material handling, and quality checks in a non-climate-controlled plant.

You will operate bagging machines, assist with packaging and warehousing finished goods, and support safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. A HS diploma and Hi-Lo certification (preferred) are required or to be trained, with potential overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong aptitude for operating machinery.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained, and certified on the hi-lo.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Position Summary:

Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting that may include dust and debris and can be loud at times. Perform various tasks involved in bagging/ boxing operation including but not limited to setting up and operating bagging machines, handling parts and materials, packing parts and other related activities usinghand tools, various type of packing materials. must follow all applicable safety procedures to avoid injuries including requests for help from co-workers. Proper handling of finished parts and products to avoid injuries or damage, follow all operational instructions when operating or using tools and equipment. Provide quality checks as determined.

Job may require overtime and a flexible schedule, reporting early and working late, including weekends.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 2nd 3:30pm - 12:00am

Hourly Rate: $20.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd shift
