Qualifications

• Must possess good presentation skills and ability to speak in public.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, plus analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson materials and ensure students have necessary supplies.
• Deliver welding instruction with hands-on training in shop/lab.
• Maintain safety and order in classroom and lab areas.
• Track attendance and document student performance and behavior.
• Encourage at-risk students with tutoring and support services.
• Keep course materials current with industry standards and certifications.
