Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, KY, as a hub for youth welding education.
The role focuses on teaching SMAW, GMAW, FCAW and related processes to students 16–24, with a strong emphasis on safety, curriculum adherence, and hands-on instruction. You will lead classes full-time, partner with counselors, and contribute to program quality through lesson development and student assessment.
Pay:$50,000 annually
Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm
