Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Welding Instructor to join our Welding program. This role involves teaching welding technologies, providing hands-on training, and stressing safety and industry standards. Prior teaching experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

The educator will mentor students, evaluate progress, and help prepare graduates for in-demand welding careers. Lincoln Tech values enthusiastic educators who can foster professionalism and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding or Structural Welding (GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, SMAW, FCAW, plasma cutting).

• Motivate and Engage Students: Create a positive and interactive classroom atmosphere to enhance student learning and enthusiasm.
• Evaluate and Communicate Progress: Regularly assess student performance and provide clear feedback on their progress.
• Prepare Students for Successful Careers: Equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a successful and in-demand career in Welding Technology.

Key Requirements of Welding Educator:
