Lincoln Tech is seeking a Welding Instructor to join our Welding program. We invite experienced welders to apply for this position. While prior teaching experience is not required, we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Your expertise will educate and mentor the next generation of skilled professionals, delivering hands-on training in our fully equipped facility, emphasizing safety, quality workmanship, and career readiness for graduates entering the welding field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• 3+ years of field welding experience in Pipe or Structural welding (MIG, TIG, Stick, FCAW, Plasma Cutting).

Responsibilities

• Teach Welding Technologies Classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program.
• Provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
• Emphasize safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Support student growth and foster professionalism and accountability.
• Motivate and engage students and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Evaluate student progress and communicate performance feedback.
• Prepare students for successful careers in Welding Technology.

• Support Student Growth: Foster an environment that encourages professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Motivate and Engage Students: Create a positive and interactive classroom atmosphere to enhance student learning and enthusiasm.
• Evaluate and Communicate Progress: Regularly assess student performance and provide clear feedback on their progress.
• Prepare Students for Successful Careers: Equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a successful and in-demand career in Welding Technology.
