Responsibilities

• Prepares syllabi each semester, selects textbooks, and adopts textbooks within the institution’s system.
• Delivers welding instruction across required courses and satellite locations.
• Assesses course learning outcomes and uses data to improve teaching strategies.
• Participates in program and curriculum development and hiring of part-time instructors.
• Provides student advisement, degree audits, and completion goal guidance.
• Maintains industry linkages and participates in professional development.
