Lincoln Tech is seeking a Weekend Welding Instructor to join our team. This role focuses on teaching welding technologies within our program, delivering hands-on training in a fully equipped facility, and upholding safety and industry standards.

Prior teaching experience is not required, as comprehensive training is provided to ensure your success and student outcomes. You will mentor students, evaluate progress, and help prepare them for careers in welding technology, contributing to Lincoln

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of field experience in pipe welding or structural welding (GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, SMAW, FCAW).

• Emphasize Safety and Compliance: Teach students the critical importance of safety procedures and industry standards in the welding field.
• Support Student Growth: Foster an environment that encourages professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Motivate and Engage Students: Create a positive and interactive classroom atmosphere to enhance student learning and enthusiasm.

Key Requirements of Welding Educator:
