Job summary

LHH is seeking a Quality Inspector to support quality in a steel fabrication environment in Ohio. You will inspect welded and fabricated products, identify quality issues, and ensure finished goods meet customer and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include visual weld inspections to AWS D1.1, dimensional verifications, and supporting UT/MT inspections while maintaining thorough documentation. Opportunity for growth in a hands-on setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection, welding, fabrication, structural steel, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience inspecting welds.
• Ability to read blueprints and use standard measuring tools.
• Familiarity with AWS D1.1.
• Experience working with DOT requirements.
• CWI, UT, or MT certifications are a plus, but not required.
