Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a 1st shift Welding Lift Truck Driver to safely operate industrial forklifts and move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the facility. You will support production, shipping, and receiving while prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity.

The role emphasizes efficient material handling, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products as needed.
• Move inventory to designated storage and staging areas.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet daily goals.
