Smyrna Ready Mix, LLC, a leading manufacturer of mixer trucks, seeks a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components with precision, following safety standards, and contribute to high-quality mixer trucks.

Qualifications include 2-3 years MIG welding or fabrication experience, carbon steel welding, grinding and cutting experience, and ability to read a tape measure.

Formación

• 2-3 years of MIG welding and/or fabrication experience.
• Prior carbon steel welding, grinding, and cutting experience.
• Welding certificates are a plus but not required.
• Component assembly, operating metal fabrication equipment including saws, drills, and grinders that are associated with steel fabrication to meet end-use design requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards.
• Pass a welding test and own a welding helmet.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safe work practices and ensure quality and efficiency on assigned tasks.
• Be able to stand for long periods and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain positive teamwork and communicate effectively.
