Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our fabrication team in Rowley, MA. You will layout and fabricate electric overhead bridge cranes and weld various metals using MIG/TIG/STICK processes, reading blueprints and assembling components to meet exact specifications.

You'll inspect welds, test finished products, perform preventive maintenance on equipment, and uphold OSHA safety standards in a shop or on site.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints for layout and fabrication.
• 3+ years welding/fabrication experience in industrial/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Layout/manufacturing of electric overhead bridge cranes.
• Weld on steel, aluminum and other metals using MIG/TIG/STICK processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts and assemblies.
• Assemble fabricated components into final products ensuring integrity.
• Inspect and test welds and finished products for quality and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues to maintain workflow.
