Job summary

TrueNorth Steel in Fargo, ND is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our Game Changer team. You will perform welding and fabrication tasks, follow safety and quality standards, and work with blueprints on basic manufacturing assignments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years welding experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality requirements.
• Learn and follow company policies and procedures.
• Work on basic manufacturing assignments with set standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Perform measurements within tolerances.
• Maintain and set up welding equipment.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks on time.
